- When I joined 7Now in 2019 and I was new to the project, I created this journey map in collaboration with the Product and Design team to align on the current state and the problems we needed to solve


This exercise helped us align as a team and understand our product better.

Another useful tool was a prioritization map. To align on big goals for the year.
